We’ve seen fans go to outrageous lengths to show their dedication to their idols. Some bleach their eyebrows (i.e. Miley Cyrus’ Smilers); some cut their hair (i.e. Justin Bieber’s Beliebers); heck, some even permanently ink themselves. But as far as extremes go, these people take the cake…
While I live by the motto ‘Love the skin you’re in,’ some simply don’t. Or at least don’t believe they can. So, they went for an alternative — undergoing major plastic surgery to look like their favorites celebrities:

HOW MUCH? Over $60,000 on breast implants, liposuction and an eyebrow lift, as well as alterations to her skin and teeth.
Jessica Alba | Xiaoqing
HOW MUCH? Okay, actually nothing. Jessica Alba heard the news that the then 21-year-old wanted to alter her appearance to win back her ex-boyfriend, and stopped her before the procedure. Jessica said at the time, “I think you should never have to change yourself like that. If somebody loves you, they’ll love you no matter what.”
Justin Bieber | Toby Sheldon
HOW MUCH? $100,000 on five years worth of plastic surgery.
Kim Kardashian | Myla Sinanaj
HOW MUCH? $30,000 in procedures, including liposuction, lip injections and breast implants.
Lady Gaga | Donna ‘Marie’ Trego
HOW MUCH? $100,000 and counting! But hey, at least she’s making money off of it as part of a Lady Gaga tribute act.
Lindsay Lohan | Ashley Horn
HOW MUCH? Over $25,000 for rhinoplasty, cheek and jawline refinement and chin injections to look more like her estranged half-sister, LiLo.

HOW MUCH? Unknown. Here’s what the girl from South Korea said of her change: “I didn’t do my forehead. I only did my eyes and nose. Besides that, I haven’t touched anything.”
